Operacioni policor “Delivery” vë në pranga katër persona të dyshuar për drogë, i pesti i dyshuar për krime kibernetike

Policia e Kosovës, përkatësisht hetuesit e Drejtorisë për Hetimin e Trafikimit me Narkotikë (DHTN) në rajonin e Prishtinës, pas një pune intensive operative në terren dhe grumbullimit të informatave relevante lidhur me aktivitetet kriminale në fushën e narkotikëve, ka realizuar me sukses një operacion policor anti drogë të koduar me emrin “Delivery”.
Hetimet fillimisht kanë rezultuar me identifikimin e dy personave të cilët dyshoheshin për shpërndarje të substancave narkotike të llojit marihuanë dhe kokainë në qytetin e Prishtinës.
Me datën 25.03.2026, rreth orës 14:00, është zbatuar një plan taktik operacional, ku të dyshuarit janë lokalizuar në dalje të autostradës në Veternik, duke lëvizur me një veturë të tipit Golf 8 me targa vendore. Me të vërejtur prezencën e policisë, të njëjtit kanë tentuar të ikin me shpejtësi të lartë, duke rrezikuar seriozisht sigurinë në komunikacion.
Gjatë ndjekjes, të dyshuarit kanë lëvizur në drejtim të Fushë-Kosovës, më pas drejt Podujevës, për t’u kthyer sërish në magjistralen Prishtinë–Mitrovicë. Ndjekja ka përfunduar në hyrje të qytetit të Vushtrrisë, ku njësitë policore kanë arritur t’i ndalojnë dhe t’i arrestojnë të dyshuarit.
Gjatë kontrollit të veturës janë gjetur dhe janë sekuestruar:
• Dy paketime me substancë të dyshuar narkotike të llojit marihuanë me peshë totale prej 2,221 gramësh;
• Një cigare e mbushur me marihuanë me peshë 1.5 gram;
Po ashtu, gjatë rrugës së ikjes, në fshatin Raskovë, është gjetur një paketim tjetër me marihuanë me peshë 1,117.5 gram, i cili dyshohet se është hedhur nga të dyshuarit gjatë ndjekjes.
Në koordinim me prokurorin kujdestar nga Departamenti i Krimeve të Rënda në Prishtinë, janë realizuar bastisje në katër lokacione të ndryshme në Prishtinë, ku janë gjetur dhe janë sekuestruar:
• Sasi të vogla të marihuanës (gjithsej 34.2 gram);
• Dy peshore digjitale;
• Para të gatshme në vlerë prej 4045 euro, 40 funta dhe 40 franga;
• Dy vetura;
• Katër telefona celularë.
Gjithashtu, është kontrolluar edhe një veturë tjetër e përdorur nga të dyshuarit, ku janë gjetur 25 qese me substancë të dyshuar narkotike të llojit kokainë me peshë totale prej 11.9 gramësh.
Operacioni policor i antidrogës ka rezultuar me gjithsej katër (4) persona të arrestuar.
Në vendin e ngjarjes kanë dalë njësitë e Forenzikës Rajonale në Prishtinë, të cilat kanë kryer dokumentimin dhe konfiskimin e të gjitha provave materiale.
Vlen të theksohet se në njërën nga lokacionet e bastisura është zbuluar një hapësirë e modifikuar si “Call Center”, ku janë sekuestruar pesë laptopë. Lidhur me këtë, në vendngjarje kanë intervenuar edhe njësitë e Drejtorisë për Hetimin e Krimeve Kibernetike, të cilat do të vazhdojnë hetimet në drejtim të veprave penale përkatëse sipas Kodit Penal të Republikës së Kosovës, ku në proces është ndaluar edhe një person tjetër duke quar në pesë (5) numrin e personave të arrestuar gjatë këtij operacioni.
Të dyshuarit janë shoqëruar në Polici dhe pas intervistimit, me urdhër të prokurorit kujdestar janë dërguar në qendrën e mbajtjes për 48 orë.
Rasti është duke u hetuar nga antidroga në Prishtinë, në bashkëpunim me prokurorinë kompetente.
Policia e Kosovës mbetet e angazhuar seriozisht në luftën kundër veprave kriminale, në veçanti kundër abuzimit dhe shpërndarjes së narkotikëve dhe është e përkushtuar në garantimin e sigurisë për të gjithë qytetarët.

Four persons arrested by the Police Operation “Delivery” suspected of Drugs, the fifth one suspected of Cybercrimes
Prishtinë, March 26, 2026
Kosovo Police, namely the investigators of the Directorate for the Investigation Trafficking of Narcotics (DITN) in the Pristina region, after intensive operational work in the field and the collection of relevant information regarding criminal activities in the field of narcotics, has successfully carried out an anti-drug police operation codenamed “Delivery”.
The investigations initially resulted in the identification of two persons suspected of distributing narcotics such as marijuana and cocaine in the city of Pristina.
On 25.03.2026, at around 14:00, a tactical operational plan was implemented, where the suspects were located at the exit of the highway in Veternik, driving a Golf 8 car with local license plates. Upon noticing the presence of the police, the same attempted to flee at high speed, seriously endangering traffic safety.
During the pursuit, the suspects moved towards Fushë-Kosovo, then towards Podujevo, to return to the Prishtina-Mitrovicë highway. The pursuit ended at the entrance to the city of Vushtrri, where police units managed to stop and arrest the suspects.
During the search of the vehicle, the following were found and seized:
• Two packages of suspected narcotics of the type marijuana with a total weight of 2,221 grams;
• A cigarette filled with marijuana weighing 1.5 grams;
Also, during the escape route, in the village of Raskovë, another package of marijuana weighing 1,117.5 grams was found, which is suspected to have been thrown by the suspects during the pursuit.
In coordination with the Prosecutor on duty from the Serious Crimes Department in Pristina, raids were carried out in four different locations in Pristina, where the following were found and seized:
• Small amounts of marijuana (totaling 34.2 grams);
• Two digital scales;
• Cash in the amount of 4,045 euros, 40 pounds and 40 francs;
• Two vehicles;
• Four mobile phones.
Also, another vehicle used by the suspects was searched, where 25 bags of suspected cocaine-type narcotics with a total weight of 11.9 grams were found.
The police anti-drugs operation resulted in a total of four (4) people being arrested.
The Regional Forensic Units in Pristina arrived at the scene, documenting and confiscating all material evidence.
It is worth noting that in one of the raided locations, a space modified as a “Call Center” was discovered, where five laptops were seized. In this regard, units of the Directorate for the Investigation of Cybercrimes also intervened at the scene, which will continue the investigations in terms of the relevant criminal offenses according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, where another person was detained in the process, bringing the number of persons arrested during this operation to five (5).
The suspects were taken to the Police and after being interviewed, by order of the Prosecutor on duty, they were sent to the detention center for 48 hours.
The case is being investigated by the Anti-Drugs Unit in Pristina, in cooperation with the competent Prosecution Office.
Kosovo Police remains seriously engaged in the fight against criminal offenses, in particular against the abuse and distribution of narcotics and is committed to guaranteeing security for all citizens.
