Me datën 28.05.2025, Policia e Kosovës respektivisht Sektori i Hetimeve i Departamentit të Kufirit, mbështetur edhe nga njësitë tjera relevante, ka zbatuar urdhëresën e Gjykatës Themelore në Prishtinë, nën dyshimin e bazuar për kryerje të veprës penale ‘’Importi, eksporti, furnizimi, transportimi, prodhimi, këmbimi, ndërmjetësimi ose shitja e pa autorizuar e armëve ose mjeteve plasëse”, neni 364 i KPRK-së.

Lidhur me rastin janë bastisur tetë (8)lokacione në rajonin e Prishtinës, ku si rezultat i kësaj, janë gjetur dhe sekuestruar:

• një pushkë automatike AK-47,

• njëzet e tre (23) fishekë,

• dy magazina (karikator),

• një bajonetë,

• një thikë,

• shtatëdhjetë e tetë (78) gram të substancës së dyshuar narkotike,

• si dhe pajisje elektronike, gjithësej shtatë telefonë celularë.

Pas marrjes në pyetje dhe procedurave të rastit, me urdhër të prokurorit të rastit, katër të dyshuarit meshkuj kosovarë janë liruar në procedurë të rregullt.

On 28.05.2025, the Kosovo Police, respectively the Investigation Section of the Border Department, supported by other relevant units, implemented the order of the Basic Court in Pristina, under the founded suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “Unauthorized import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, brokerage or sale of weapons or explosive devices”, Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Kosovo.

Regarding the case, eight (8)locations in the Pristina region were raided, where as a result, the following were found and seized:

• an AK-47 automatic rifle,

• twenty-three (23) cartridges,

• two magazines (magazines),

• a bayonet,

• a knife,

• seventy-eight (78) grams of suspected narcotics,

• as well as electronic devices, a total of seven mobile phones.

After questioning and the relevant procedures, by order of the prosecutor in the case, the four Kosovar male suspects were released in regular procedure.
