Deklaruan rrejshëm – arrestohen dy persona të dyshuar

Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit (DHKEK), përkatësisht Njësia Rajonale për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit Pejë, sipas autorizimit nga Gjykata dhe në koordinim me Prokurorin kompetent, ka ndërmarr veprime të nevojshme hetimore lidhur me një rast ‘Deklarim i rremë’ .
Në vazhdën e hetimeve janë siguruar dëshmi të mjaftueshme se, personat e dyshuar F.SH., (2000) dhe A.K., (2005) më datën 13.01.2026, pranë Qendrës për Pajisje me Dokumente të Identifikimit (QPD) Pejë, kanë deklaruar rrejshëm, duke garantuar për identitetin e saktë të personit tjetër të dyshuar A.R., (2003).
Të dyshuarit janë intervistuar në prezencën e avokatëve, dhe pas intervistimit prokurori kompetent ka lëshuar vendim për ndalim policor të dy personave të dyshuar.
Policia e Kosovës në bashkëpunim me organet e drejtësisë mbetet e përkushtuar në luftimin e krimeve ekonomike, korrupsionit dhe çdo vepre tjetër penale, duke garantuar ligjshmëri, transparencë dhe llogaridhënie ndaj qytetarëve dhe institucioneve të Republikës së Kosovës.

Prishtinë, January 21, 2026
The Directorate for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DIECC), respectively the Regional Unit for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Peja, pursuant to the authorization from the Court and in coordination with the competent Prosecutor, has undertaken necessary investigative actions regarding a case of ‘False Declaration’.
In the course of the investigations, sufficient evidence has been obtained that the suspects F.SH., (2000) and A.K., (2005) dated 13.01.2026, at the Center for Equipment with Identification Documents (QPD) Peja, have made a false declaration, guaranteeing the correct identity of the other suspect A.R., (2003).
The suspects were interviewed in the presence of lawyers, and after the interview, the competent prosecutor issued a decision for police detention of the two suspects.
Kosovo Police, in cooperation with the justice bodies, remains committed to fighting economic crimes, corruption and any other criminal offense, guaranteeing legality, transparency and accountability towards the citizens and institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
