Policia e Kosovës arreston një inspektor të punës, kërkoi ryshfet për të lejuar zhvillimin e punimeve në një punishte
Prishtinë, 28 janar 2026,
Policia e Kosovës, gjegjësisht Njësia Rajonale për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit në Prishtinë kanë arrit të sigurojnë informata/prova, të cilat dëshmojnë se pala ankuese/viktima M. K. (Pronar i një Kompanie Ndërtimi), shtetas i huaj me leje qëndrimi te përkohshme në Republikën e Kosovës, është kushtëzuar/penguar në realizimin e punimeve të ndërtimit nga një punonjës, respektivisht Inspektor i Punës në kuadër të Inspektoratit të Punës G. B., i cili dyshohet se ia ka kërkuar 2000.00 euro ryshfet që ta lejoj të punoj, në të kundërtën i Inspektori i ka thënë ankuesit se do t’ia ndërpres punimet që është duke i realizuar me kompaninë e tij.
Për gjatë gjithë kohës hetuesit kanë qenë në konsulta të vazhdueshme me Prokurorin e rastit nga Prokuroria Themelore ne Prishtinë dhe si rezultat i veprimeve të ndërmarra (sigurimit të dëshmive/parat e sekuestruara nga i dyshuari te pranuara ne formë ryshfeti, sekuestrimit të telefonit që i dyshuari kanë poseduar me vete, si dhe provave tjera), është nxjerr përfundim se:
Si rezultat i veprimeve nga personi i dyshuar (duke kushtëzuar viktimën për të dhen ryshfet për realizimin e te drejtës se tij/kryerja e punëve ne punishte, si dhe pranimi i ryshfetit shumen prej 1,000.00€ nga i dyshuari/Inspektori i Punës).
Mbi bazën e këtyre veprimeve është krijuar dyshimi se i dyshuari me inicialet G. B., dyshohet se ka kryer veprën penale:
• “Keqpërdorim i pozitës apo autoritetit zyrtar”, nga neni 414 i KPRK-së.
• “Marrja e ryshfetit”, nga neni 421 i KPRK-së.
Sot me datë 28.01.2026 i dyshuari i lartcekur është intervistuar në cilësi të personit të dyshuar në prezencën e Avokatit mbrojtës dhe pas konsultës me Prokurorin e rastit nga Prokuroria Themelore ne Prishtinë, Departamenti i Krimeve te Renda, i dyshuari G. B. është dërguar në mbajtje prej 48 orësh për procedura të tjera ligjore.

A Labour Inspector arrested by Kosovo Police, asked for bribes to allow work to continue at a construction site
Prishtinë, January 28, 2026,
Kosovo Police, namely the Regional Unit for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, managed to obtain information/evidence, which proves that the complainant/victim M. K. (Owner of a Construction Company), a foreign citizen with a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Kosovo, was conditioned/obstructed in the implementation of construction works by an employee, namely a Labour Inspector within the Labour Inspectorate G. B., who allegedly demanded a bribe of 2000.00 euros to allow the work, otherwise the Inspector told the complainant that he would interrupt the works he was carrying out with his company.
Throughout the entire time, investigators have been in constant consultation with the Prosecutor of the case from the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina and as a result of the actions taken (providing evidence/money seized from the suspect received as a bribe, seizing the phone that the suspect had with him, as well as other evidence), it was concluded that:
As a result of the actions of the suspect (by conditioning the victim to pay a bribe for the realization of his right/performance of work in the construction site, as well as the acceptance of a bribe in the amount of €1,000.00 from the suspect/Labour Inspector).
Based on these actions, suspicion has been created that the suspect with the initials G. B., is suspected of having committed the following criminal offense:
• “Abuse of official position or authority”, under Article 414 of CCRK.
• “Accepting a bribe”, under Article 421 of the CCRK.
Today, on 28.01.2026, the above-mentioned suspect was interviewed as a suspect in the presence of the defence attorney and after consultation with the prosecutor of the case from the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, Serious Crimes Department, the suspect G. B. was sent to detention for 48 hours for further legal procedures.
