The General Director of the KP, Colonel Gazmend Hoxha, held a meeting with regional directors and commanders of police stations

On 16.07.2025, the General Director of the KP, Colonel Gazmend Hoxha, together with the senior management staff, held an official meeting with the directors of the Regional Police Directorates and commanders of police stations of the Kosovo Police.
The purpose of this meeting was to, in addition to presenting and analysing the report for the first half of 2025, which reflected the achievements and positive results, also discuss issues related to work performance, integrity, discipline and further growth of police professionalism, which directly affects the positive image and credibility of the Kosovo Police.
The General Director of the KP, from the regional directors, station commanders, but also from the participants, requested that all legally foreseen procedures, police instructions and regulations, as well as strategic police goals, tasks and objectives be implemented punctiliously, with professionalism and integrity, with special emphasis on:
-Increasing cooperation and a more proactive approach with the community,
-Increasing cooperation and accurate communication with citizens,
-Increasing performance, integrity, more efficient supervision and discipline at work by superiors,
-Preventing, investigating and detecting criminal activities and fighting corruption,
-Reducing the rate of crime of all forms,
-Increasing traffic safety and preventing accidents,
-Providing security to all citizens without discrimination and maintaining constitutional order.
Among the other things, Director Hoxha emphasized that through law enforcement, the most efficient management of human and logistical resources, and supervision of the performance of police officers by direct superiors, even more positive results can be achieved in many police areas.
At this meeting, all those present pledged to further commitments in order to fulfil police duties and obligations, which are in the interest of citizens and the country.
