Kosovo Police continues to build leadership capacities

Within the ongoing planning and commitment to building professional and leadership capacities, the Kosovo Police/Human Resources Department/Training Division from July 28th of July to August 8, 2025 has successfully conducted the “Patrol Supervisor” training.
32 police officers from all police regions participated in this intensive 70-hour training, during which the participants demonstrated high practical and theoretical skills for leading response teams, with the aim of providing an effective, fair and reliable service to the community.
Kosovo Police continues its commitment to building the leadership capacities of police officers, which are evidence of our commitment to a modern, professional and community-oriented police force.
