A suspect arrested for the criminal offence “Violence against Senior Representatives of the Republic of Kosovo”

Kosovo Police, KP Directorate of Investigation of Serious Crimes, after receiving the information that through social networks the President of the Republic of Kosovo has been threatened, on 26.03.2020 police officers in cooperation with justice bodies undertook the immediate investigative actions.

Police investigators, managed to identify the suspect (K.P. 1980) and his residence, in which case they searched the house and additional facilities in the region of Mitrovica.

With the decision of the competent prosecutor, the suspect after being interviewed has been taken to 48 hours custody.
