A conference organized by the IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police), in Dallas, Texas of the United States of America, senior representatives of the police organization from various countries of the world are participating, including the acting General Director of the Kosovo Police with his associates.

The participation of the delegation from the Kosovo Police and the opportunity of meetings with representatives of various police organizations, in conferences of this nature, enables the exchange of police experiences, the discussing problems and phenomena related to the field of security.

One of the subjects discussed at this conference was the fight against transnational organized crime as well as other types of crime, including the uncompromising fight against terrorism and violent radicalism.

During the participation in this conference, the acting director Hoti with his associate had the opportunity of meeting various personalities, including the meeting with Mr. Kenneth Allen Polite Jr., serving as an assistant attorney general for the criminal division at the U.S. Department of Justice.

The participation of Kosovo Police delegation in this police conference, which is considered one of the largest one held annually in the USA, was also supported this year by the American ICITAP.
