Sot, në Qendrën e Njësive të Specializuara në Vrellë, u mbajt ceremonia e dorëzim-pranimit të poligonit të gjuajtjes dhe poligonit me pengesa, rishtazi të rinovuar nga ushtarët profesionalë të KFOR-it, përfshirë ushtarët amerikanë.

Në këtë ceremoni morën pjesë përfaqësues të lartë të Policisë së Kosovës dhe përfaqësues të lartë të KFOR-it, përfshirë drejtorin e Përgjithshëm të Policisë së Kosovës, kolonel Gazmend Hoxha, përfaqësuesin e Shtabit të Përgjithshëm të KFOR-it kolonel Ferrara, komandantin e KFOR-it amerikan kolonel Helzer si dhe kolonel Mentor Shabani, drejtor i Departamentit të Njësive Speciale.

Me nga një fjalë rasti të pranishmëve iu drejtuan drejtori i PK-së, kolonel Hoxha dhe komandanti i KFOR-it amerikan kolonel Helzer, të cilët theksuan se bashkëpunimi dhe koordinimi i aktiviteteve ndërvepruese si dhe përkrahja dhe mbështetja në fusha të ndryshme teknologjike e logjistike, siç janë edhe poligoni i gjuajtjes dhe rinovimi i poligonit me pengesa, ndihmojnë në realizimin e detyrave, trajnimeve dhe aktiviteteve policore, në interes të ruajtjes së rendit e sigurisë publike si dhe ofrimit të sigurisë ndaj të gjithë qytetarëve pa dallim.

Drejtori Hoxha dhe koloneli Helzer, në shenjë mirënjohje për përkrahje dhe bashkëpunim të ndërsjellë institucional, shkëmbyen nga një pllakatë, ndërsa në shenjë falënderimi ndanë mirënjohje edhe për ushtarët e kontingjenteve të shteteve të ndryshme, si dhe për zyrtarët e Njësive Speciale të Policisë së Kosovës, për punën dhe kontributin e tyre të përbashkët në renovimin e poligonit.

Kjo dëshmon bashkëpunimin e shkëlqyer që Policia e Kosovës ka me KFOR-in, bashkëpunim ky i cili ndikon në paqen dhe sigurinë e vendit.

Today, at the Specialized Units Center in Vrellë, an inauguration ceremony was held for the newly renovated shooting range and obstacle course by professional KFOR soldiers, including American soldiers.

The ceremony was attended by senior representatives of Kosovo Police and senior representatives of KFOR, including the General Director of Kosovo Police, Colonel Gazmend Hoxha, the representative of the KFOR General Staff, Colonel Ferrara, the US KFOR Commander, Colonel Helzer, as well as Colonel Mentor Shabani, Director of the Special Units Department.

The KP Director, Colonel Hoxha, and the US KFOR Commander, Colonel Helzer addressed the attendees with a brief speech, emphasizing that cooperation and coordination of interactive activities, as well as support and assistance in various technological and logistical areas, such as the shooting range and the renovation of the obstacle course, help in the implementation of police tasks, training and activities, in the interest of maintaining public order and security, as well as providing security to all citizens without distinction.

Director Hoxha and Colonel Helzer, in gratitude for mutual institutional support and cooperation, exchanged plaques, while as a sign of appreciation they also shared recognitions for the soldiers of the contingents of different countries, as well as for the officers of Kosovo Police Special Units, for their joint work and contribution in the renovation of the range.
