Policia e Kosovës, respektivisht Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit, e mbështetur edhe nga njësitë relevante policore ka zhvilluar hetimet bazuar ne autorizimin e lëshuar nga P. Th -Prishtinë , e cila është bazuar në kërkesën nga autoritetet Austriake përmes Ndihmës Juridike Ndërkombëtare – NJN, ndaj dy të dyshuarve meshkuj kosovarë nën dyshimin për kryerje të veprave të ndryshme penale në kryeqytetin e Austrisë – Vjenë.
Pas ndërmarrjes së veprimeve hetimore, me datën 05.05.2026 është zhvilluar një operacion policor ku janë realizuar kontrolle në tri lokacione të ndryshme në Fushë Kosovë në të cilin kanë marrë pjesë edhe hetues nga shteti i Austrisë.
Rasti vazhdon të mbetet nën hetim në drejtim të identifikimit të aseteve apo çfarëdo lloj dobie pasurore që mund të jetë në posedim të të dyshuarve dhe e cila dyshohet të jetë përfituar me aktivitet kriminal.
Ky angazhim konfirmon profesionalizmin dhe besueshmërinë e Policisë së Kosovës në bashkëpunimin ndërkombëtar, duke forcuar luftën kundër krimit dhe sundimin e ligjit përtej kufijve.

Kosovo and Austrian authorities with a jointly coordinated police operation against the economic crime

The Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, supported by the relevant police units, has conducted investigations based on the authorization issued by the Basic Prosecution Pristina, which was based on the request from the Austrian authorities through International Legal Assistance – ILA, against two Kosovar male suspects under suspicion of committing various criminal offenses in the capital of Austria – Vienna.
After undertaking investigative actions, on 05.05.2026 a police operation was conducted where searches were carried out in three different locations in Fushë Kosovë, where investigators from the state of Austria also participated.
The case continues to remain under investigation in terms of identifying assets or any type of material benefit that may be in the possession of the suspects and which is suspected of having been obtained through criminal activity.
This commitment confirms the professionalism and credibility of the Kosovo Police in international cooperation, strengthening the fight against crime and the rule of law across borders.

Kosovske i austrijske vlasti sprovode usklađenu policijsku operaciju protiv privrednog kriminala
Priština, 06. maj 2026
Policija Kosova, odnosno Direkcija za Istragu Privrednog Kriminala i Korupcije, uz podršku relevantnih policijskih jedinica, sprovela je istrage na osnovu ovlašćenja koje je izdao Osnovni Tužilaštvo u Prištini, a koje se zasniva na zahtevu austrijskih vlasti putem Međunarodne Pravne Pomoći – MPP, protiv dvojice osumnjičenih muškaraca sa Kosova pod sumnjom za izvršenje različitih krivičnih dela u glavnom gradu Austrije – Beču.
Nakon sprovođenja istražnih radnji, 05.05.2026. godine je sprovedena policijska operacija u kojoj su izvršene kontrole na tri različite lokacije u Kosovom Polju, a učestvovali su i istražitelji iz Austrije.
Slučaj i dalje ostaje pod istragom u pravcu identifikacije imovine ili bilo kakve vrste materijalne koristi koja bi mogla biti u posedu osumnjičenih i za koju se sumnja da je stečena kriminalnom aktivnošću.
Ovo angažovanje potvrđuje profesionalizam i pouzdanost Policije Kosova u međunarodnoj saradnji, jačajući borbu protiv kriminala i vladavinu prava preko granica.
