Kosovo Police respectively the Unit of War Crimes in cooperation and by the authorization of the Special Prosecution, conducted investigation related to crimes conducted during the period of 1998/99 in Kosovo, where through investigation-operation routes obtained information on the Dubrava masacre in may 1999.

Kosovo Police on 01.12.2022 took male suspect kosovar serb G. M. (1958) at the Police station for an interview for further procedures. In the consultation with the competent prosecutor the above mentioned suspect was interviewed in the presence of attorney ex officio on the suspicion that the very same was involved in criminal offense “war crimes against civilian population”.

By the order of the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution a Ruling on the arrest and police detention for 48 hours was issued.
