Prishtinë, October 4, 2023

Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for Investigation of the Organized Crime from the Department of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Basic Prosecution – Prishtinë, conducted a police operation into two difference locations under the grounded suspicion of the criminal offences “Usury” and “Coercion”.

On 04.10.2023 the DIOCSC has executed the Court’s order, where a police operation was conducted in Prishtinë and Lipjan and as material evidences in this operation have been seized:

• One pistol,

• Three mobile phones,

• One vehicle,

• 915 euro,

• Notes/evidences suspected to be related to the aforementioned offences.

Regarding the case, after the arrest of two suspects with the initials L.A and S.A, they have undergone the interview processes and by the Ruling of the competent Prosecutor have been taken to detention for 48 hours.
