Today, on 03.06.2021, the implementation of the project “Systematic medical examination for employees in the Kosovo Police” has begun, through which the project management staff of the Kosovo Police has taken care of maintaining the health of KP police personnel, that the employees are in good health condition in the psycho-physical aspect and have an effect on the fulfillment and realization of official duties.

Through this project, Kosovo Police takes care of a better health welfare for its uniformed and civilian employees, where through systematic health examination of police personnel, early detection of various diseases will be achieved that affect the health of KP personnel.

The realization of this project planned by the police was preceded by a cooperation agreement realized between the Kosovo Police and the SHSKUK, for medical and psychological examination of police personnel, performing medical tests and examinations, according to medical criteria set by the KP Directorate of Health Services, which will be realized in the University Clinical Hospital Service of Kosovo.

Early diagnosis will affect the timely receipt of appropriate treatment by preventing the occurrence of health complications as a result of delayed diagnosis and treatment, therefore giving medical recommendations for further action for each police personnel in the KP, will have good impact on health well-being, increasing the performance and efficiency of performing official duties.
