Përfaqësues nga Drejtoria për Informim dhe Marrëdhënie me Publikun në nivelin qendror dhe përfaqësues nga tetë zyrat për informim të Drejtorive Rajonale të Policisë së Kosovës, realizuan një vizitë zyrtare disa ditore në Policinë e Uellsit Jugor.

Qëllimi dhe objektivat e kësaj vizite studimore ishin demonstrimi i praktikave më të mira në fushën e komunikimit dhe marrëdhënies me publikun, veçanërisht në fushat specifike si: marrëdhëniet me mediat dhe komunitetin, trajtimi dhe luftimi i keqinformimit dhe dezinformimit, komunikimi në situatë krizash, ndërtimi i marrëdhënieve të besimit me mediat dhe gazetarët si dhe menaxhimi/komunikimi me rrjetet sociale. Gjatë kësaj vizite përveç trajnimit u realizuan edhe takime dhe vizita në njësi të ndryshme të Policisë së Uellsit Jugor të cilët lidhen me fushën e komunikimit dhe shërbimit sa më efikas ndaj qytetarit. Policia e Kosovës falënderon Qeverinë Britaneze dhe Policinë e Uellsit Jugor të cilat mundësuan dhe përkrahen realizimin e kësaj vizite studimore e cila ishte e një rëndësie të veçantë në ngritjen e kapaciteteve strategjike të PK-së në fushën e informimit dhe komunikimit me publikun.

Predstavnici Direkcije za Informisanje i Odnose sa Javnošću na centralnom nivou i predstavnici osam kancelarija za informisanje Regionalnih Direkcija Policije Kosova, boravili su na višednevnoj zvaničnoj poseti Policiji Južnog Velsa.

Svrha i ciljevi ove studijske posete bili su da pokažu najbolje prakse u oblasti komunikacije i odnosa s javnošću, posebno u specifičnim oblastima kao što su odnosi sa medijima i zajednicom, tretiranje i borba protiv dezinformacija i krivog informisanja, komuniciranje tokom kriznih situacija, izgradnja odnosa poverenja sa medijima i novinarima kao i menadžiranje/komuniciranje sa društvenim mrežama.

Tokom ove posete, pored obuke, obavljeni su i sastanci i posete različitim jedinicama policije Južnog Velsa koje se na što efikasniji način odnose na oblast komunikacije i pružanja usluga građanima.

Policija Kosova se zahvaljuje Vladi Velike Britanije i policiji Južnog Velsa koji su omogućili i podržali realizaciju ove studijske posete, koja je bila od posebnog značaja u izgradnji strateških kapaciteta u oblasti informisanja i komunikacije sa javnošću.

Representatives from the Directorate for Information and Public Relations at the central level and representatives from the eight offices for information of the Regional Police Directorates of Kosovo, made a several days official visit to the Welsh Police.

The purpose and objectives of this study visit the demonstration of the best practices in the field of communication and public relations, especially in specific areas such as media and community relations, handling and combating misinformation and disinformation, crisis communication, building relations of trust with media and journalists as well as management/communication with social networks.

During this visit, in addition to training, there were meetings and visits held to various units of the Welsh Police which are related to the field of communication and providing as efficient services to citizen as possible.

Kosovo Police thanks the British Government and the Welsh Police who enabled and supported the realization of this study visit, which was of a particular importance in building strategic capacities in the field of information and communication with the public.
