Policia e Kosovës me qëllim të informimit të drejt të opinionit publik lidhur me zhvillimet e fundit në komunat e veriut të vendit njofton se publikimet e shkrimeve të cilat i referohen deklarimeve nga përfaqësues të Zyrës për Kosovën në qeverinë e Serbisë janë të pavërteta dhe tendencioze, si dhe sqaron për opinionin publik dhe mediat me sa vijon:

Këto deklarime nga zyra serbe kanë për qëllim dëmtimin dhe krijimin e narrativave përmes të cilave atakohet profesionalizmi, legjitimiteti dhe misioni kushtetues i PK-së për rend dhe ligj në tërë territorin e Republikës së Kosovës.

Grupet kriminale duke kryer veprime të kundërligjshme përmes të cilave cenojnë lirinë dhe sigurinë e qytetarëve tentojnë t’ia atribuojnë këto veprime njësive të rregullta të PK-së të cilat janë duke kryer detyrat e tyre me shumë përgjegjësi.

Njësitë policore të rendit publik kanë asistuar zyrtarët e Komisionit Komunal Zgjedhor në zyrat e komisionit komunal zgjedhor, të cilat ndodhen në komunat Zubin Potok e Mitrovicë Veri me qellim të kryerjes së detyrave dhe kompetencave të tyre ligjore.

Të gjitha veprimet policore janë kryer në pajtim me ligjin në ofrimin e asistencës së kërkuar ndaj autoriteteve shtetërore të KQZ-së.

Referuar gjendjes në teren ju njoftojmë se dëmtime të zyrave të komisionit zgjedhor komunal në Mitrovicë Veri janë bërë nga persona/grupe të dyshuar/a të maskuar, të dhunshëm të cilët kanë përdor mjete të rrezikshme, përfshirë granata dore të prodhimit jugosllav.

Policia e Kosovës dhe KFOR-i (njësitet kompetente për deminim-EOD) janë duke ekzaminuar vendin e ngjarjes, për pastrimin e zonës, përderisa PK-ja është duke punuar me intensitet të lartë për identifikimin e këtyre personave të dyshuar dhe zhvillimin e hetimeve profesionale për sjelljen e kryerësve të këtyre veprave penale para organeve të drejtësisë.

Andaj, sigurojmë të gjithë qytetarët se situata e sigurisë në vend përfshirë edhe komunat në veri të vendit është stabile dhe ftojmë të gjithë qytetarët të jenë të qetë, të bashkëpunojnë me Policinë e Kosovës, si dhe mos të bien pre e dezinformimit dhe deklarimeve tendencioze dhe të pavërteta.

Policia e Kosovës do të vazhdojë angazhimin e saj në realizimin e detyrave policore në shërbim të qytetarëve të vendit, komuniteteve pa dallim dhe ofrimin e sigurisë së përgjithshme në gjithë territorin e vendit.

Policija Kosova, u cilju informisanja javnosti o najnovijim dešavanjima u opštinama na severu zemlje, saopštava da su objavljivanja tekstova koji se odnose na izjave predstavnika Kancelarije za Kosovo u vladi Srbije neistinita i tendenciozna, kao i pojašnjava javnom mnjenju i medijima sledeće:

Ove izjave srpske kancelarije imaju za cilj oštećenje i stvaranje narativa kroz koje se atakuje profesionalizam, legitimitet i ustavna misija PK-a za red i zakon na celoj teritoriji Republike Kosova.

Kriminalne grupe koje vrše nezakonite radnje kojima narušavaju slobodu i bezbednost gradjana teže da ove radnje pripišu redovnim jedinicama PK-a koje svoje dužnosti obavljaju sa velikom odgovornošću.

Policijske jedinice javnog reda pomagale su službenicima Opštinske Izborne Komisije u kancelarijama opštinske izborne komisije, koje se nalaze u opštinama Zubin Potok i Mitrovice Sever sa ciljem obavljanja njihovih zakonskih dužnosti i ovlašćenja.

Sve policijske radnje sprovedene su u skladu sa zakonom u pružanju tražene pomoći državnim organima CIK-a.

Pozivajući se na situaciju na terenu, obaveštavamo vas da su demoliranje kancelarija opštinske izborne komisije u Mitrovici Sever načinili maskirani, nasilni osumnjičeni/grupe koje su koristile opasna orudja, uključujući i ručne bombe jugoslovenske proizvodnje.

Policija Kosova i KFOR (nadležna jedinica za deminiranje-EOD) istražuju mesto dogadjaja, kako bi očistili područje, dok PK intenzivno radi na identifikaciji ovih osumnjičenih lica i sprovodjenju stručne istrage za privodjenje počinilaca ovih krivičnih dela pred organima pravde.

Stoga, uveravamo sve gradjane da je bezbednosna situacija u zemlji, uključujući i opštine na severu zemlje, stabilna i pozivamo sve gradjane da budu mirni, da saradjuju sa Policijom Kosova i da ne nasedaju na dezinformacije, tendenciozne i neistinite izjave.

Policija Kosova će nastaviti svoju posvećenost na realizaciji policijskih dužnosti u službi gradjana zemlje, zajednica bez razlike i obezbedjivanja opšte bezbednosti na celoj teritoriji zemlje.

Kosovo Police, in order to rightly inform the public on the recent developments in the northern municipalities of the country, informs that the publishing of news articles that refer to the statements of the representatives of the Office for Kosovo in the government of Serbia are untrue and tendentious. Kosovo Police informs the public opinion and the media the following:

These statements coming from the Serbian office aim the damage and establishing the narratives through which the professionalism, legitimacy and constitutional mission of the KP for order and law in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo are attacked.

By committing these illegal actions criminal groups violate the freedom and security of citizens and tend to attribute these actions to regular units of the KP which are performing their duties with great responsibility.

Public order police units have assisted the officials of the Municipal Electoral Commission in the offices of the municipal electoral commission located in the municipalities of Zubin Potok and Mitrovica North, in order to perform their legal duties and powers.

All police actions were carried out in accordance with the law on provision of the requested assistance to the state authorities of the CEC.

Referring to the situation on the ground, we inform you that damage of the offices of the municipal election commission in Mitrovica North was conducted by masked, violent suspects/groups using dangerous tools, including Yugoslav-made hand grenades.

Kosovo Police and KFOR (the competent unit for demining-EOD) are examining the scene of the event, to clear the area, while the KP is working intensively to identify these suspected persons and conduct professional investigations to bring the perpetrators of these criminal offenses at the justice bodies.

Hence, we assure all citizens that the security situation in the country, including the municipalities in the north of the country, is stable and we invite all citizens to remain calm, closely cooperate with the Kosovo Police, and not to fall prey to misinformation and tendentious and false statements.

Kosovo Police will continue its commitment towards realization of police duties in the service of the citizens of the country and all communities regardless, by providing overall security throughout the territory of the country.

Policia e Kosovës, sipas detyrës zyrtare dhe autorizimeve ligjore, në vazhdimësi po angazhohet në ofrimin e sigurisë, ruajtjen e rendit dhe qetësisë publike si dhe ndërmarrjen e masave policore komform situatës dhe zhvillimeve në gjithë vendin, përfshirë zhvillimet në Veri të Mitrovicës.

Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve (KQZ), bazuar në Kushtetutën dhe ligjet e vendit, duke u bazuar edhe në bashkëpunimin ndërinstitucional i ka bërë kërkesë Policisë së Kosovës për asistencë rreth përgatitjeve për mbajtjen e zgjedhjeve lokale në komunat në veri të vendit.

Me këtë rast, Policia e Kosovës njofton opinionin publik në lidhje me zhvillimet e sigurisë në veri të vendit se, sot më datë 6 dhjetor 2022, në komunat Zubin Potok dhe Mitrovicë Veri, Njësitë policore të rendit publik kanë shoqëruar zyrtarët e Komisionit Komunal zgjedhor në zyrat e komisionit komunal zgjedhor, të cilat ndodhen në komunat Zubin Potok e Mitrovicë Veri me qellim të kryerjes së detyrave dhe kompetencave të tyre ligjore.

Në orët e para të pasdites së sotme, në disa zona të Zubin Potok-ut dhe Mitrovicës Veri janë regjistruar disa incidente (dyshohet shkrepje armësh e shpërthime), por deri në këto momente nuk janë raportuar lëndime nga këto incidente, përderisa raportohet se protestuesit kanë demoluar zyrat e komisionit komunal zgjedhor.

Policia e Kosovës në vazhdimësi përcjellë dhe vlerëson situatën e sigurisë në vend dhe ndërmerr masa të nevojshme për zbatimin e ligjit dhe vendimeve të autoriteteve shtetërore të Kosovës.

Policija Kosova, prema službenim dužnostima i zakonskim ovlašćenjima, kontinuirano je angažovana na obezbeđenju, održavanju javnog reda i mira, kao i preduzimanju policijskih mera u skladu sa situacijom i dešavanjima u celoj zemlji, uključujući i dešavanja na severu Mitrovice.

Centralna Izborna Komisija (CIK), na osnovu Ustava i zakona zemlje, a na osnovu međuinstitucionalne saradnje, zatražila je od Policije Kosova pomoć u vezi sa pripremama za održavanje lokalnih izbora u opštinama na severu zemlje.

Ovom prilikom, Policija Kosova obaveštava javnost o bezbednosnim dešavanjima na severu zemlje, danas 6 decembar 2022 godine, u opštinama Zubin Potok i Mitrovica Sever. Policijske jedinice za javni red otpratile su danas službenike opštinske izborne komisije u kancelarije CIK-a koje se nalaze u opštinama Zubin Potok i Mitrovice Sever u cilju vršenja zakonskih poslova i ovlašćenja.

U ranim popodnevnim satima u pojedinim delovima Zubin Potoka i Mitrovice Sever zabeleženo je više incidenata (sumnja se da su pucnjevi i eksplozije), ali u ovim incidentima nije bilo povređenih, dok su demonstranti, kako se navodi, demolirali kancelarije opštinske izborne komisije.

Policija Kosova kontinuirano prati i ocenjuje bezbednosnu situaciju u zemlji i preduzima neophodne mere za sprovođenje zakona i odluka državnih organa Kosova.

Kosovo Police based on its official duties and legal authorizations is engaged continuously in providing security, maintaining public peace and order and undertaking police measures in based on the situation and developments throughout the country, including the developments in the North of Mitrovica.

The Central Election Commission (CEC), based on the Constitution and the laws of the country, based on the inter-institutional cooperation requested Kosovo Police assistance related to preparations in organizing local elections in the municipalities in the north of the country.

Related to this, Kosovo Police regarding security developments in the north of the country informs the public opinion that today on 6th of December 2022, in the municipalities of Zubin Potok and Mitrovica North, the police units of public order have escorted the officials of the Municipal Electoral Commission in the offices of the municipal electoral commission, which are located in the municipalities of Zubin Potok and Mitrovica North in order to carry out their legal duties and powers.

In the early afternoon, several incidents were recorded in some areas of Zubin Potok and North Mitrovica (suspected to be gunshots and explosions), but so far no injuries have been reported as a result of these incidents, while it is reported that the protesters have demolished the offices of the municipal election commission.

Kosovo Police continuously monitors and evaluates the security situation in the country and takes necessary measures to implement the law and the decisions of the Kosovo state authorities.
