The Serious Crimes Investigations Sector within the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes of the KP, in the process of the investigation of the “Usury” case, today on 24.10.2023, implemented the order issued by the Basic Court in Ferizaj, for the search of houses and additional facilities in five (5) locations including the region of Pristina and one in the region of Mitrovica.

During the police operation and search, three (3) suspects were arrested and the following material evidence were confiscated:

• Five (5) cars,

• Three (3) mobile phones,

• One (1) laptop,

• Two (2) USBs and some handwritten documents.

With the decision on the detention of the arrested person, issued by the Prosecutor of the case, after all the procedures are completed, the suspects will be taken to the detention centre for 48 hours for further procedures.
