            Police
Unit of the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics (DITN)
– Pejë, after several-day operational-investigative work, has managed to
provide reliable information that one suspect possesses narcotics of the
marijuana type.

            Police
after receiving this information have contacted and notified the Prosecution
and competent Court, where they have issued the controlling order for the house
and property of the suspect.

            DITN
Unit in Peja, assisted by other police units (Fast Reaction Unit and Forensics
Unit) on 27^th of January 2017, has controlled a house in Peja.
During control, police have found and seized as material evidences: 18
packaging with narcotics suspected to be marijuana, weighing: 8 kg and 319.6
gr.

            By
the order the prosecutor, the suspect Z. K. born on 1967, male, citizen of the
Republic of Kosovo, was taken to police detention for 48 hours.

            Police have also seized
as material evidence: narcotics (8 kg and 319.6 gr), one digital scale, one
knife, plastic lacing, nylon invisible foil for packaging, plastic bags of
300×400 format for packaging and one phone.
