We inform you that after an operational-investigative engagement of the regional investigative section, in cooperation and in consultation with the state prosecutor, an order has been taken for a control of a house in the village Raushiq of Peja.
On 10.02.2015 in the morning, the investigators of RIS supported by the Operational Unit, NJRSH, began controlling a house and additional facilities in the village Raushiq in Peja.
During this operation, supported by the state prosecutor, there have been seized:
An AK- 47 weapon manufactured in China, caliber 7.62x39mm

– Two magazines of the automatic weapon

– 900 bullets of the caliber 7.62x39mm

– An air weapon

– A cartridge of the caliber 7.62 mm

– Two military equipments for keeping the ammunition.

After the control, the suspect A.G. (K/Albanian, born on 1939) from the village Raushiq -Pea has been arrested.
With the order of the prosecutor, the suspect has been released in a regular procedure and the case will be proceeded at the Prosecution office.
