Policia e Kosovës është institucion i zbatimit të ligjeve dhe vendimeve që nxirren nga institucionet e Republikës. Bazuar në vendimin e Ministrisë së Punëve të Brendshme mbi humbjen e shtetësisë me privim, ndaj personit N.V., ish shtetas i Republikës së Kosovës dhe njëkohësisht edhe i Serbisë dhe pjesëtar i inteligjencës së policisë në Serbi, Policia e Kosovës, Drejtoria për Migrim dhe të Huaj, ndaj personit në fjalë ka filluar procedurat për largim me forcë nga vendi ynë.

Drejtoria për Migrim dhe të Huaj, ndaj personit të fjalë është duke u zhvilluar procedura bazuar në ligjet që rregullojnë këtë çështje dhe lidhur me këtë ka lëshuar vendimin për largim me forcë të personit N.V., nga territori i Republikës së Kosovës.

Deri në përfundim të këtyre procedurave, në përmbushje të kushteve për ekzekutimin e vendimit, personit në fjalë i është shqiptuar masa e ndalimit në Qendrën e Mbajtjes për të Huaj.

Policia e Kosovës do të vazhdojë të kryej detyrat e saja kushtetuese dhe ligjore dhe të zbatojë vendimet e institucioneve shtetërore të vendit.

Policija Kosova je institucija za sprovođenje zakona i odluka donetih od strane institucija Republike. Na osnovu odluke Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova o gubitku državljanstva putem oduzimanja, nad licem N.V., bivšim državljaninom Republike Kosova i istovremeno Republike Srbije, kao i pripadnikom obaveštajne službe policije u Srbiji, Policija Kosova, odnosno Direkcija za migracije i strance, započela je postupke za njegovo prisilno udaljenje iz naše zemlje.

Direkcija za migracije i strance sprovodi postupak nad navedenim licem u skladu sa zakonima koji regulišu ovu oblast, i u vezi s tim je donela odluku o njegovom prisilnom udaljenju sa teritorije Republike Kosova.

Do okončanja ovih postupaka, u cilju ispunjenja uslova za izvršenje odluke, pomenutom licu je izrečena mera zadržavanja u Centru za zadržavanje stranaca.

Policija Kosova će nastaviti da obavlja svoje ustavne i zakonske dužnosti, kao i da sprovodi odluke državnih institucija Republike.

The Kosovo Police is an institution for the implementation of laws and decisions issued by the institutions of the Republic. Based on the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the loss of citizenship by deprivation, against the person N.V., a former citizen of the Republic of Kosovo and at the same time of Serbia and a member of the police intelligence in Serbia, the Kosovo Police, Directorate for Migration and Foreigners, has initiated procedures for the forcible removal of the person in question from our country.

The Directorate for Migration and Foreigners, against the person in question, is conducting procedures based on the laws that regulate this issue and in this regard has issued a decision for the forcible removal of the person N.V. from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

Until the conclusion of these procedures, in fulfilment of the conditions for the execution of the decision, the person in question has been imposed a measure of detention in the Detention Center for Foreigners.

The Kosovo Police will continue to carry out its constitutional and legal duties and implement the decisions of the country’s state institutions.
